Cranham make it 2 from 2

A captains innings of 67* from Alex Pockett was the backbone of Cranham's 173-9 with
support coming from Brad Mears (38).  The Cranham batsmen were made to work hard, however,
by a determined and well disciplined Hardwicke attack that gave very little away.  Spinner
M. Chapel in particular bowled with tight control and was rewarded with 2-38.  It was 
Hardwicke skipper C. Hutchins, however, who was the pick of the visitors bowlers with 
figures of 4-62.  M. Medland also collected 2-31.

In reply, Hardwicke made a steady start but soon found themselves behind the run-rate thanks
to the tight line of Charlie Overs and spin of Steve Walden who bowled well into a tricky 
breeze.

Hardwicke were never quite in the chase and eventually fell for 106 all out.  Youngster Joe 
Brown wrapped up the match with figures of 3-17 but it Overs who collected the bowling plaudits 
with a well-deserved 4-25
