Scorpion Tooling Services was established in 1990 providing tool regrinding and universal grinding services. Over the past 5 years we have invested in 2 Schneeberger 5 axis CNC Tool and Grinding Machines enabling us to manufacture our own endmills, drills and form tools.

We specialise in carbide tooling and also a coating service to improve tool life in specific machining applications. The recent investment in a Cincinnati 2OM Centreless Grinding Machine will allow us to grind sinetered carbide rod to a 5 Ra finish, and also provide tool blanks cut to specific lengths.
