Uplands Playgroup
<Five Valleys Design/> were recently asked to come up with a design for a site for Uplands Playgroup.

Cranham Cricket Club
True. It's only a freebie for a local cricket club but this is one of our favourite designs.
There are some awesome jQuery effects in the 'Gallery' and form inputs that break the mould.
Bishopston Blinds
Bishopston Blinds are a newly-formed Stroud business specialising in the supply and fitting of window blinds.
Bishopston asked us to design their business stationery which we did using our XSL skills to produce high-quality PDF's specifically for printing.
"...the turnaround was literally next day and the stationery is exactly what we needed.
Having them in PDF format means the layout is fixed and I don't have to spend hours fiddling
around with 'Word' trying to get it right. They also print much better.

Stroud Hearing Centre
One of our recent projects has been the recently opened Stroud Hearing Centre whose distinctive black & white logo has become a familiar sight in Stroud's Lower High Street.
We designed a brand new site for the Centre from scratch, working with some images the client had captured of the premises. We also took care of the domain name, hosting and email requirements of the client.
Although the content is currently minimal this is a great example of simple, engaging design. It's also a great example of our bronze budget solution at only £175!
Max-T Engineering Supplies
Max-T are a Stroud-based engineering supplies company. Their site features a fully integrated shopping basket service across a range of over 400 products.
We helped Max-T with all aspects of their site from redesign, domain name & hosting management through to unravelling the complexities of the shopping basket system and accepting payments online.
We also performed full SEO on all their pages (try Googling 'lathe equipment gloucestershire').
Dragonfly Martial Arts
Dragonfly are Stroud-based martial arts teachers. Their site provides information on classes, teachers and styles that are taught, as well as giving you an insight into traditional Chinese Martial Arts.

This site, in our opinion, is a perfect example of cross-browser compliant, XHTML 1.1 and CSS compliant design.
The pages of this site were designed with actual pictures of the clients work he captured on his phone.

Cotswold Mirrors & Furniture Company
The Cotswold Framing & Furniture Co. are Woodchester-based retailers of oak furniture and furnishing as well as specialists in all types of mirror glass and framing.
Their website is another example of XML-driven content. It also features downloadable PDF catalogues as well as the ability for visitors to buy securely from some of their 500-strong product range.
